How long does the Checkpoint 360 assessment take?

The survey is designed to be quick and straightforward. Most participants complete it in about 15–20 minutes.

Is the feedback confidential?

Yes. Individual responses are combined into a summary report so feedback remains confidential.

Do I need to already be coaching with Chalice?

No. The Checkpoint 360 assessment can be purchased on its own and includes a complimentary coaching session with Chalice to review your results. Some clients choose to continue coaching afterward to support their leadership development, but that is completely optional.
